無料でどこまで使えますか？
登録不要で、1日1回まで無料で占えます。翌日になれば、また1回引けます。
会員になると何が変わりますか？
月額248円（消費税込）の会員になると、占いの回数制限がなくなり、何度でも好きなだけ引けます。
占いは当たりますか？どういう仕組みですか？
「現在」と「未来」の2枚のカードを引き、その組み合わせに応じたメッセージをお見せする占いです。結果は娯楽としてお楽しみいただくもので、的中や効果を保証するものではありません。大切な判断は各分野の専門家にご相談ください。
結果は保存・シェアできますか？
できます。占い結果を画像として保存でき、SNS等で個人的に共有いただけます。画像や文章を改変したり、抜き出して再配布・商用利用することはご遠慮ください。
料金と支払い方法を教えてください。
会員は月額248円（消費税込）です。お支払いはクレジットカードで、決済代行サービスStripeを通じて安全に処理されます。カード情報は当方では保持しません。
いつ請求されますか？自動更新ですか？
初回はお申し込み時に請求し、以降は1か月ごとに自動で更新・決済されます。解約のお手続きをいただくまで、毎月継続します。
解約はどうすればよいですか？
いつでも解約できます。各ページの「解約」リンク（Stripeのカスタマーポータル）からお手続きください。解約後も、その期間の終わり（次回更新日）までは会員機能をご利用いただけます。
返金はありますか？
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、決済後のキャンセル・返金は原則としてお受けできません（日割りでの返金もございません）。当方の責に帰すべき事由による場合を除きます。
英語に対応していますか？翻訳の品質は？
日本語と英語に対応しています。画面右上のボタンで切り替えられます。英語はAIによる翻訳をベースにしたベータ版のため、表現が不自然な箇所が残る場合があります。品質は順次改善しています。
スマホで使えますか？Cookieやデータの扱いは？
最新のスマートフォン・PCのブラウザ（Chrome／Safari／Edge等）でご利用いただけます。JavaScriptとCookieを有効にしてください。会員判定にCookie、無料回数の判定にブラウザ内の記録を使用し、広告目的の追跡は行いません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
無料の「1日1回」がリセットされない／端末で違うのはなぜ？
無料回数の判定は、お使いのブラウザ内の記録にもとづいています。そのため、ブラウザや端末を変えたり、シークレットモードを使ったり、サイトデータを消すと、判定がリセットされたり前後したりすることがあります。仕様上の挙動です。

How much can I use for free?
You can draw once per day for free, with no sign-up. Your free draw resets the next day.
What changes when I become a member?
For 248 JPY/month (tax included), the daily limit is removed — you can draw as many times as you like.
Are the readings accurate? How do they work?
You draw two cards — “present” and “future” — and we show a message based on the combination. Readings are for entertainment only and do not guarantee accuracy or results. For important decisions, please consult a professional.
Can I save or share my result?
Yes. You can save your result as an image and share it personally on social media. Please do not modify the image or text, or extract and redistribute it for commercial use.
What is the price and how do I pay?
Membership is 248 JPY/month (tax included). Payment is by credit card, securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
When am I charged? Does it renew automatically?
The first charge is at sign-up, then it renews and bills automatically every month. It continues until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime via the “Cancel” link (Stripe Customer Portal) on our pages. After cancelling, membership stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital content, we generally cannot offer cancellations or refunds after payment (no pro-rated refunds), except in cases where we are at fault.
Do you support English? How good is the translation?
The service supports Japanese and English; switch using the button at the top right. The English is an AI-assisted beta translation, so some wording may still feel unnatural. We are improving it over time.
Does it work on smartphones? How is my data handled?
It works on modern smartphone and desktop browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.) with JavaScript and cookies enabled. We use a cookie for membership status and your browser’s local storage for the free-draw limit, and we do not track you for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Why doesn’t my free daily draw reset, or differ by device?
The free-draw limit is tracked within your browser. So if you switch browsers or devices, use private mode, or clear site data, the count may reset or differ. This is expected behavior.
