プライバシーポリシー
運営者は、占い／オラクルサービス「Clockwork Oracle」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
1. 運営者情報

2. 取得する情報
本サービスでは、利用者の氏名・住所等の登録を求めていません。取得・処理する情報は次のとおりです。
- 決済に関する情報：有料会員のお申し込み時、決済代行サービス Stripe を通じてカード情報等が処理されます。カード番号等の情報は Stripe 社が取り扱い、本サービス側では保持しません。本サービスは、Stripe が発行する顧客識別情報（顧客ID）等を会員判定のために扱います。
- 会員判定用の情報（Cookie）：会員かどうかを判定するため、署名付きの Cookie（co_session）をお使いの端末に保存します。中身は上記の顧客IDを含み、改ざんを防ぐ署名が付いています。
- 無料利用の判定情報（ローカルストレージ）：1日1回の無料利用を判定するため、最後に利用した日付をお使いのブラウザ内（ローカルストレージ）に保存します。この情報はサーバーには送信されず、端末内にのみ保存されます。
- アクセスログ：本サービスのホスティング事業者（Cloudflare）において、IPアドレス・アクセス日時・ブラウザの種類等が自動的に記録されることがあります。
3. 利用目的
- 有料会員の決済、会員資格の確認、解約の手続きのため
- 無料利用の回数制限（1日1回）の判定のため
- 本サービスの提供・維持・不具合対応・不正利用の防止のため
- お問い合わせへの対応のため
4. Cookie およびローカルストレージについて
本サービスは、上記の会員判定（Cookie）および無料利用の判定（ローカルストレージ）のためにこれらの仕組みを使用します。ブラウザの設定でこれらを無効にすることもできますが、その場合、会員機能や一部の機能が正しく動作しないことがあります。本サービスは、広告配信や行動ターゲティングを目的としたトラッキングは行っていません。
5. 外部サービスの利用・委託
本サービスの運営にあたり、次の外部サービスを利用しています。これらの利用に伴い、必要な範囲で情報がこれらの事業者に送信・処理されることがあります。
- Stripe（決済処理）
- Cloudflare（ホスティング・配信）
- Google Fonts（フォントの配信）
- cdnjs（Cloudflare 提供のCDN）（結果を画像として保存する機能で使用するプログラムの配信）
これらの事業者には外国に所在する事業者が含まれ、情報が国外で処理される場合があります。各事業者における情報の取り扱いについては、それぞれの事業者が定めるプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 第三者提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。上記5の外部サービスの利用は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲での委託・処理であり、これにあたりません。
7. 安全管理
運営者は、取り扱う情報の漏えい・滅失・改ざん等を防ぐため、必要かつ適切な管理に努めます。決済情報は Stripe 社の安全な環境で処理され、会員判定用の Cookie には改ざんを防ぐための署名を付しています。
8. 開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求
利用者は、自己の情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等を請求することができます。ご請求は、下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。本人からのご請求であることを確認のうえ、法令に従って対応します。

The operator sets forth the following policy regarding the handling of user information in the fortune-telling/oracle service "Clockwork Oracle" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
1. Operator Information

2. Information Collected
The Service does not require registration of names or addresses. The information collected and processed is as follows:
- Payment Information: When applying for Paid Membership, credit card information is processed through the payment service provider Stripe. Card numbers and related sensitive info are handled by Stripe and are not stored by the Service. The Service uses customer identifiers (Customer IDs) issued by Stripe for membership verification.
- Membership Verification (Cookies): To determine membership status, a signed Cookie (co_session) is stored on your device. This contains the aforementioned Customer ID and includes a signature to prevent tampering.
- Free Use Verification (Local Storage): To enforce the one-free-use-per-day limit, the date of the last use is stored within your browser (Local Storage). This information is stored only on your device and is not sent to the server.
- Access Logs: The Service's hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically record IP addresses, access timestamps, browser types, etc.
3. Purpose of Use
- For processing Paid Membership payments, verifying membership status, and handling cancellations.
- To enforce the free usage limit (once per day).
- For the provision, maintenance, troubleshooting, and prevention of unauthorized use of the Service.
- To respond to inquiries.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service uses Cookies for membership verification and Local Storage for free use tracking as described above. You may disable these in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent membership functions and other parts of the Service from working correctly. The Service does not perform tracking for advertising or behavioral targeting purposes.
5. Use of External Services
The Service utilizes the following external services. In connection with their use, information may be transmitted to and processed by these providers within the necessary scope:
- Stripe (Payment Processing)
- Cloudflare (Hosting and Content Delivery)
- Google Fonts (Font Delivery)
- cdnjs (provided by Cloudflare) (Delivery of programs used for the "Save as Image" feature)
Some of these providers are located outside of Japan, and information may be processed internationally. Please refer to the privacy policies of each provider for details on their handling of information.
6. Third-Party Disclosure
Except as required by law, the Operator will not provide user personal information to third parties without the user's consent. The use of external services mentioned in Section 5 constitutes entrustment/processing within the scope necessary for providing the Service and does not fall under third-party disclosure.
7. Security Management
The Operator endeavors to implement necessary and appropriate management to prevent leakage, loss, or tampering of the information handled. Payment information is processed in Stripe's secure environment, and membership Cookies are signed to prevent tampering.
8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Suspension
Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their information. Please contact the inquiry desk below for such requests. We will respond in accordance with the law after confirming the requester's identity.
